HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?
For shipping, please allow 3-5 business days. With USPS First Class and USPS Priority, the average transit time is 5-7 days and 2-3 days, respectively. These timelines, however, are not guaranteed by us.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ORDERS?
At this time, we do not.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
We are not responsible for lost packages but we are happy to provide any necessary shipping info for you to contact the shipping company responsible. Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
REFUND POLICY:
Jewelry & home decor sales are final. A replacement pair of earrings/necklaces or a refund of the purchase price can be given if your jewelry breaks or arrives damaged within (1) one week of your purchase. Since your jewelry & home decor were lovingly created, please treat them with care. If the package is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
